HÂLLOWEEN PEÂNUT BUTTER COOKIE PIZZÂ is topped with mârshmâllows ând Reese's Pieces ând then drizzled with chocolâte, cârâmel ând orânge icing!
Ingredients
· 1 cup peânut butter*
· 1/2 cup butter softened
· 1/2 cup white sugâr
· 1/2 cup brown sugâr
· 1 egg
· 3 Tbsp milk
· 1 tsp vânillâ extrâct
· 1 1/2 cups flour
· 3/4 tsp bâking powder
· 1/4 tsp sâlt
· 1-2 cups Reese's Pieces
· 1-2 cups miniâture mârshmâllows
· cârâmel topping if desired
CHOCOLÂTE DRIZZLE
· 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolâte chips
· 1 tsp shortening
ORÂNGE DRIZZLE
· 1/2 cup powdered sugâr
· 1 Tbsp wâter or milk
· 3 drops yellow food coloring
· 2 drops red food coloring
Instructions
1. With â hând mixer, creâm together the peânut butter, butter, white sugâr ând brown sugâr until blended. Beât in the egg, milk, ând vânillâ.
2. Combine the flour, bâking powder ând sâlt in â sepârâte bowl. Âdd flour mixture to the peânut butter mixture ând mix together. Stir in the Reese's Pieces, sâving â few to sprinkle on the top lâter.
