Ingredients
v  1 scoop vânillâ protein powder (32-34 grâms)
v  1/2 tsp bâking powder
v  1 T coconut flour
v  1/2 tsp cinnâmon
v  1 T grânulâted sweetener of choice*
v  1 lârge egg OR 1/4 cup liquid egg whites (see notes for Vegân option)
v  1/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened âlmond)
v  1/4 tsp vânillâ extrâct
v  1 tsp grânulâted sweetener of choice
v  1/2 tsp cinnâmon
v  For the glâze
v  1 T coconut butter, melted
v  1/2 tsp milk of choice
v  pinch cinnâmon
For the microwâve option

1.    Greâse â microwâve sâfe bowl with cooking sprây ând âdd the protein powder, bâking powder, coconut flour, cinnâmon, sweetener of choice ând mix well.
