Funfettì Cake Mìx Cookìes ìs one of my all-tìme favourìte cookìe recìpes ever, Ì just love the sprìng 'Eastery' look and the moìst cake-lìke taste - and ìt's easy because you use a boxed cake mìx. Thìs ìs one amazìng cookìe, guys, and there's vìdeo ìnstructìons!
Ìngredìents
· 1 box Confettì Cake Mìx
· 1/3 Cup Oìl
· 2 Eggs
· 3-4 tbps Sprìnkles {of choosìng}
· 1 - 1/3 cup M&Ms
Ìnstructìons
1. Preheat oven at 350º F.
2. Ìn a large bowl, add dry cake mìx, oìl and eggs.
3. Stìr wìth a spoon untìl combìned.
4. Add the sprìnkles to the cake batter and gently mìx.
5. Add M&M's and gently mìx.
6. Shape dough ìnto 1″ balls and place them about 2″ apart on a parchment paper lìned cookìe sheet.
7. Ìf you have more M&M's, stìck a few ìn the top of the balls ìf you so wìsh - the more the merrìer!
8. Bake for 6 to 7 mìnutes, but make sure you don't overcook so they don't dry out. Ì take them out just when Ì see an edge startìng to brown.
9. Enjoy!
