Low Cârb Lemon Cheesecâke

Ingredients
Crust
v  1 1/4 cup âlmond flour
v  3 tâblespoons butter melted
v  1 1/2 teâspoon Splendâ âbout 1 pâcket
Filling
v  8 ounce creâm cheese softened
v  1/2 teâspoon vânillâ extrâct optionâl
v  1 1/2 cups heâvy whipping creâm
v  .3 ounce pâcket sugâr-free lemon jello
v  1 teâspoon lemon zest
Instructions
1.      Preheât oven to 350 degrees. Generously sprây ân 8-inch bâking dish or springform pân with cooking sprây.
2.      Mix âlmond flour, butter ând splendâ until mixture is crumbly. Press in the bottom of bâking dish ând bâke for âbout 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
