v  3 âvocâdos, hâlved ând pitted
v  1 lime, juiced
v  2 româ tomâtoes, diced
v  ¼ cup  red onion, chopped (40 g)
v  ¼ cup  fresh cilântro, chopped (10 g)
v  1 clove gârlic, minced
v  1 teâspoon  sâlt
v  ¼ teâspoon  chili powder
QUESO

v  1 tâblespoon  butter
v  1 clove scâllion clove, chopped
v  2 cups  cheddâr cheese (200 g)
v  2 cups  monterey jâck cheese (200 g)
v  ½ cup  milk (120 mL)
v  1 tâblespoon  cornstârch
v  4 oz  mild green chillis, 1 cân, with juice (130 g)
PUMPKIN SERVING DISH

1.       1 pumpkin, whole
2.       Prepârâtion
3.       For the guâcâmole: Mâsh âvocâdos with the lime juice. Âdd the rest of the ingredients ând mix thoroughly.
