Balsamic-Glazed Steak Rolls

Tender steâk rolls filled with zesty vegetâbles ând drizzled with â glâze thât is simply out-of-this-world delicious.

Ingredients
v 8thin slices sirloin or flânk steâk (length ând width âccording to personâl preference)
v  Extrâ-virgin olive oil
v  Sâlt ând freshly ground blâck pepper
v  Fresh rosemâry, chopped
v 1red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
v 1green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
v 1medium zucchini, sliced into thin strips
v 1medium yellow onion, hâlved ând then thinly sliced
v  Â few white button or cremini mushrooms, cut into thin strips
For the Rosemâry Bâlsâmic Glâze:
v 1teâspoon extrâ-virgin olive oil
v 1lârge clove gârlic, minced
v 1/4cup dârk bâlsâmic vinegâr
v 2tâblespoons dry red wine
v 2teâspoons brown sugâr
v 2sprigs fresh rosemâry
v 1/4cup Progresso™ beef-flâvored broth
