Ingredients List
1. 2 cups mâshed potâtoes
2. ¼ cup Pârmesân cheese
3. 1 egg (lightly beâten)
4. 7 tâblespoons âll-purpose flour (divided)
5. Oil for pân frying
6. Sâlt ând pepper
Directions
1. In â lârge bowl beât or whisk the egg. Âdd the mâshed potâtoes, pârmesân cheese, ând 3 tâblespoons âll-purpose flour; mix until thoroughly combined.
2. Plâce the remâining flour in â shâllow dish. Divide the potâto mixture into six equâl portions ând form 6 pâtties. Roll the pâtties in the flour to coât.
