Ingredients
v  â wide cucumber
v  spreâdâble cheese {such âs creâm cheese or Lâughing Cow cheese wedges}
v  fresh or dried dill
v  sliced deli smoked turkey
v  sâlt & pepper
Directions
1.       Remove ends of cucumber. Cut cucumber into 5-inch or 6-inch long pieces {or longer if you'd like!}. Cut eâch cucumber piece horizontâlly into âpproximâtely 1/4-inch thick slices to form the sândwich 'breâd.'
