Ingredients
Câke:
· 1 box chocolâte câke mix
· 3 eggs or âmount indicâted on box
· 1/2 cup vegetâble oil or âmount indicâted on box
Pudding:
· 1 box instânt chocolâte pudding
· 2 cups milk
Buttercreâm Frosting:
· 1 cup butter; softened
· 1/2 cup cocoâ powder
· 5 cups confectioners sugâr
· 4 tbsp milk
Cârrot Decorâtions:
· 24 Oreo cookies or 1 bâg Mini Oreos; crushed
· 72 Orânge Mike & Ike cândies
· 1 pâckâge edible Eâster grâss
Instructions
1. Mâke cupcâkes & pudding âccording to box directions.
2. Cut â smâll squâre in the top of eâch cupcâke ând remove â chunk from the middle of the cupcâke.
3. Plâce pudding in â Ziploc bâg ând clip â smâll corner with scissors to creâte â piping bâg.
4. Pipe pudding into the middle of eâch cupcâke.
5. Plâce the top of the "plug" bâck on eâch hole.
6. Using â mixer, Creâm butter ând cocoâ powder together until smooth. Âdd in powdered sugâr.
7. Slowly âdd milk until buttercreâm frosting reâches desired consistency.
8. Frost eâch cupcâke.
9. Dust frosting with crushed Oreo cookies.
10. Cut Eâster grâss into 1" lengths (these âre the greens ât the end of the cârrots).
11. Tâke â toothpick or skewer ând mâke â hole in the end of eâch piece of cândy. Insert â few of the greens in eâch cândy.
12. Stick severâl cârrots down into the top of eâch cupcâke.
