Cârâmel Âpple Upside-Down Câke – Â sweet ând moist câke thât’s perfect for Fâll!

Ingredients
Topping:
·         1/4 cup (60 grâms) unsâlted butter
·         1/2 cup (100 grâms) light brown sugâr
·         1/2 teâspoon ground cinnâmon
·         2 lârge âpples peel, cored, ând thinly sliced
Câke:
·         1 ând 1/2 cups (190 grâms) âll-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
·         1 teâspoon bâking powder
·         1/4 teâspoon sâlt
·         1/2 teâspoon ground cinnâmon
·         1/2 cup (115 grâms) unsâlted butter, softened to room temperâture
·         2/3 cup (130 grâms) grânulâted sugâr
·         2 lârge eggs room temperâture
·         1 teâspoon vânillâ
·         1/2 cup (120 ml) milk

Instructions
1.       Preheât oven to 350°F degrees. Sprây â 9-inch câke pân well with nonstick cooking sprây ând set âside.
To mâke the topping:
1.       Âdd the butter, brown sugâr, ând cinnâmon to â sâucepân over medium heât. Stir well until the mixture is completely melted ând smooth. Remove from the heât, pour the mixture into the prepâred câke pân, ând evenly spreâd it on the bottom.
2.       Ârrânge the âpple slices in ân even lâyer on top. Set âside.
