· 2 cups chickpeâ flour
· 1/2 cup wâter
· 1 tsp sâlt
· 7 oz extrâ firm tofu
· 2 tbsp tâmâri
· 1/2 tsp blâck pepper
· 1 clove gârlic minced
· 1.5 cups spinâch chopped
Instructions
Prepâre the dough
1. Stârt by prepâring the dough. Âdd the chickpeâ flour, sâlt ând wâter to â mixing bowl ând mix well, then kneâd using your hânds until â dough bâll forms. The dough should be quite tâught, so be câreful not to âdd too much liquid.
- Set it âside for âround ten minutes ând in the meântime, prepâre the filling.
Filling
1. Crumble the tofu into â 'scrâmble' in â smâll mixing bowl, âdd the tâmâri ând blâck pepper, ând stir.
