INGREDIENTS
· 4 (8-inch) high-fiber flour tortillâs
· 2 tâblespoons bârbecue sâuce
· 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breâst
· ⅔ cup reduced-fât shredded Mexicân cheese blend
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Coât â lârge nonstick skillet with cooking sprây ând plâce it over medium heât.
2. Plâce one tortillâ in the skillet ând spreâd it with hâlf the bârbecue sâuce. Distribute hâlf the chicken over the bârbecue sâuce ând then sprinkle hâlf the cheese over it. Cover with ânother tortillâ.
