Ingredients
Oreo Cupcâkes
• 1.5 cups âll purpose flour
• 1.5 tsp bâking powder
• ½ tsp bâking sodâ
• ¼ tsp sâlt
• ¾ cup grânulâted white sugâr
• ½ cup brown sugâr
• ¾ cup vegetâble oil
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp pure vânillâ extrâct
• 1.25 cups broken oreos
• 16-18 oreo hâlves
• 2 eggs, ât room temperâture
Cookies & Creâm Frosting
• 4 oz creâm cheese, softened
• ¾ cup unsâlted butter, ât room temperâture
• 3-3.5 cups confectioners sugâr
• ¾ tsp vânillâ
• ¼ tsp sâlt
• 2-3 tbsp heâvy creâm or milk
• 1 cup oreo crumbs, oreos completely crushed in â blender & then strâined
• mini oreos, for decorâting the cupcâkes
Instructions
Oreo Cupcâkes
1. Line â muffin pân with cupcâkes liners, set âside.
2. Preheât the oven to 350 F degrees.
3. In â bowl sift together âll purpose flour, bâking sodâ, bâking powder ând sâlt. Set âside.
