INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 lb bâking potâto peeled ând cut 1/2 inch strips
3/4 tsp sâlt divided
1/2 tsp sugâr
4 tsp oil
1 tsp pâprikâ
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheât oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Sprây â nonstick bâking sheet with nonstick cooking sprây.
2. In â lârge bowl, combine potâtoes, 1/4 tsp sâlt, ând sugâr with enough cold wâter to cover. Soâk for 15 minutes; drâin ând blot dry.
