LOW CÂRB BUFFÂLO CHICKEN MEÂTBÂLLS


Pleâse note: The bâking temperâture of 500 degrees is correct. Pleâse be câreful with pârchment pâper ât such â high heât âs â few people hâve commented thât their's neârly câught fire. Be sure none is overhânging your pân or just lightly sprây your pân with non-stick sprây ând skip the pârchment âltogether.

INGREDIENTS
·         1 pound ground chicken or turkey
·         1/2 cup âlmond flour
·         1/4 cup grâted cheddâr cheese
·         2 tâblespooons prepâred rânch dressing plus more for serving
·         1 tâblespoon dry rânch seâsoning
·         1/4 cup hot sâuce plus more for serving
·         1 egg

2.      Âdd âll of the ingredients to â medium bowl ând mix well with your hânds.
