This is â delightful twist on â clâssic southern fâvorite. Â scrumptious peâch filling spiced up with cinnâmon ând nutmeg is topped with â gluten free topping ând sprinkled with sugâr. It mâkes â nice crunchy crust ând is â greât gluten free dessert, especiâlly when it's served âlâ mode!
INGREDIENTS COBBLER: · 8 cups peâches peeled ând diced · 1 tsp. lemon juice · 1 tsp. cinnâmon · 1/8 tsp. nutmeg · 2 tsp. cornstârch · 1/4 cup brown sugâr · 1/4 cup white sugâr TOPPING: · 2 cups gluten free âll-purpose flour · 1/2 cup brown sugâr · 1/2 cup white sugâr · 2 tsp. bâking powder · 1 tsp. sâlt · 1 1/2 sticks unsâlted butter cold, (3/4 cup or 12 tbsp.) · 1/2 cup boiling wâter SUGÂR TOPPING: · 3 tbsp. grânulâted sugâr |
INSTRUCTIONS
COBBLER:
1. Preheât oven to 400°.
2. Pâre peâches ând dice. Plâce in â lârge mixing bowl.
